TPS3701DDCR Description
The TPS3701DDCR voltage window detector has a 1.8-V to 36-V operating voltage range. For over- and undervoltage detection, the device has two precision comparators with an internal 400 mV reference and two open-drain outputs (OUTA and OUTB) rated at 25 V. Use the TPS3701DDCR as a window voltage detector or as two independent voltage monitors by using external resistors to set the monitored voltage.
When the voltage at the INA pin falls below the negative threshold, OUTA is driven low, and when the voltage rises over the positive threshold, it is driven high. When the voltage at the INB pin increases over the positive threshold, OUTB is driven low, and when the voltage dips below the negative threshold, it is driven high. The TPS3701DDCR has built-in hysteresis for noise rejection in both comparators, ensuring reliable output functioning without false triggering.
The TPS3701DDCR is available in a SOT-6 packaging and has a junction temperature range of –40 to 125 degrees Celsius.
