TPS2832DG4 Overview
The SOIC package provides greater flexibility.Initially, the configuration is composed of 8 terminations.Mounting the device requires Surface Mount.During design, it is configured with 8 pins.A supply voltage of 6.5V is required for operation.The interface IC of the device is HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Mosfet driver is possible for the output current to be as low as 3.5A.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.The basis has 2 integrated outputs.Temperatures greater than 125°C are not allowed.Mosfet gate drivers is permissible to operate at a temperature of -40°C.In order for the device to operate, the supply voltage must be 15V.Its minimum operating voltage is 4.5V.2.4A is the output current.
