TPS25221DBVR Overview
Package Tape & Reel (TR) includes buck boost converter.In the way voltage regulator is packaged, voltage regulator is in the form of a SOT-23-6.Mounted by Surface Mount is this current regulator.Current regulator is recommended that the operating temperature not exceed -40°C~125°C TJ.There is a support for voltages of 2.5V~5.5V as input voltages for this voltage regulator.In addition to the 6 termination, there are a number of terminations that are used, which are achieved by terminating a transmission line with a voltage regulator that matches the characteristic impedance of the line.This is a member of the TPS25221 family.Taking into account the output current of 2A, it is able to provide maximum design flexibility for the designer.
