TPS22990DMLT Description
TPS22990DMLT is a type of single-channel on-resistance load switch with a controlled and adjustable turn-on and integrated PG indicator. An N-channel MOSFET operating over an input voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V is integrated to support a maximum continuous current of 10 A. TPS22990DMLT is able to be used across multiple designs and end equipment based on the wide input voltage range and high current capability.
