TPS22990DMLR Description
The TPS22990DMLR On-Resistance Load Switch features an N-channel MOSFET with an input voltage range of 0.6 V to 5.5 V and a maximum continuous current of 10 A. The TPS22990DMLR's wide input voltage range and strong current capabilities allow them to be employed in a variety of designs and end equipment. The 3.9-m On resistance reduces the voltage drop across the load switch as well as power loss from the load switch.
