TPS22965DSGT Description
TPS22965DSGT switch is a single channel load switch that offers an adjustable rise time that can be adjusted to limit the inrush current. TPS22965DSGT circuit is equipped with an N-channel MOSFET which operates over an input voltage range from 0.8 V up to 5.7 V. It has a 225Ω load resistor built into the chip for quick discharge of outputs when the switch is off. TPS22965DSGT datasheet is widely used for Notebooks, Tablet PC and Consumer Electronics.
