TPS22810DBVT Description
The TPS22810DBVT is a single-channel load switch with adjustable rising time and built-in quick output discharge (QOD). In addition, the gadget has a thermal shutdown feature that protects it from high junction temperatures. As a result, the device's safe functioning region is essentially ensured. The device features an N-channel MOSFET that can operate between 2.7 to 18 V in input voltage. A maximum current of 2 A can be supported by the SOT23-5 (DBV) package. The WSON (DRV) package can handle up to 3 A of current. An on/off input controls the switch, which is capable of directly connecting with low-voltage control signals.
