TPS22810DBVR Description
The TPS22810DBVR is a single-channel load switch with adjustable rising time and built-in quick output discharge (QOD). Thermal shutdown is also included in the TPS22810DBVR to safeguard the device from high junction temperatures. As a result, the device's safe functioning region is essentially ensured. The TPS22810DBVR has an N-channel MOSFET that can function between 2.7 and 18 V input voltage. A maximum current of 2 A can be supported by the SOT23-5 (DBV) package. The WSON (DRV) package can handle up to 3 A of current. The TPS22810DBVR switch has an on/off input that can be used to interface directly with low-voltage control signals.
