TPS16630RGER Description
The TPS16630RGER is a positive 60 V, 6-A eFuse with a 31-m integrated FET that is simple to use. Overcurrent protection, fast short circuit protection, output slew rate control, overvoltage protection, and under-voltage lockout are all included, as well as adjustable features like accurate overcurrent protection, fast short circuit protection, and output slew rate control, overvoltage protection, and under-voltage lockout. The TPS16630RGER includes adjustable output power limiting (PLIM) capabilities, which makes compliance with standards like IEC61010-1 and UL1310 much easier. The device also has an adjustable overcurrent feature. PGOOD can be used to regulate the downstream DC-DC converters by enabling and disabling them. External control for enabling and disabling the internal FET, as well as placing the device in a low current shutdown mode, is provided by a shutdown pin. The device outputs a fault and an accurate current monitor for system status monitoring and downstream load control. The MODE pin allows you to choose between the two current-limiting fault responses when configuring the device (latch off and auto-retry). The TPS16630RGER is available in a 4-mm 4-mm 24-pin VQFN package with a temperature range of –40°C to +125°C.
