TPPM0111DWPG4 Description


The TPPM0111DWPG4 is a power supply designed for use in systems that need two linearly-regulated, low-dropout voltage sources but only have a single 5-V input source. Under any circumstances and in any mode of operation, the outputs must track within 2 V of one another. Each output is safeguarded from overcurrent situations. The other output must maintain a voltage output differential of less than 2 V in comparison to the output with the abnormal state if one of the outputs is shorted to ground. Under all typical working conditions, the 3.3-V 3% regulated output can drive loads of 1.5 A, while the 1.5-V 2% regulated output can drive loads of 300 mA. The device needs a copper plane to disperse the heat and is available in a PowerPADTM thermally-enhanced packaging for effective heat management.
