TMP423AIDCNT Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the devices from damage, the analog sensors are packaged in SOT-23-8 packages. A sensor with 8 pins functions properly. 8 terminations are present in this electronic part. In operation, the analog sensors could provide 32μA current. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. However, the minimum DC voltage supplied by the magnetic switch can be 2.7V. In analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 400μA. It is generally recommended that the current output of the sensor be 6mA for optimal performance.
