TMP20AIDRLT Overview
Safety-protected analog sensors are packed in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a precaution, the analog sensors are placed into SOT-563, SOT-666 packages in order to protect them from damage. A 6 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. In operation, the analog sensors could provide 2.6μA current. DC circuits require a maximum voltage of 5.5V. Nevertheless, this magnetic switch can supply a DC circuit with a voltage as low as 1.8V. An analog sensor's GND terminal should have a current flow of 2.6μA. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 2.6μA current to operate. A total of 6 pins are present on it.
