TMP125AIDBVT Overview
As a safety precaution, these analog sensors are packaged inside the Tape & Reel (TR). To protect the analog sensors, they're put in SOT-23-6 packages. A 6 pin is required for proper operation of this sensor. In this electronic part, there are 6 terminations. During operation, the analog sensors may supply 50μA current. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. However, the minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can supply in the DC circuit is 2.7V. If the GND terminal is grounded, the GND current should flow 36μA. As a result, this sensor is capable of supplying 36μA current to operate. A sensor's current output should generally be 3mA in order to achieve optimal performance. An output voltage of 2.3V is generally expected from a sensor.
