TMP103AYFFR Overview
In order to protect the sensors, they are packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR). For the protection of the analog sensors, they are packaged in 4-UFBGA, DSBGA packages. In order to function properly, this sensor has pins 4. There are 4 terminations in this electronic part. During operation, the analog sensors may supply 3μA current. Sensor voltage should be 3.6V in DC circuits. A magnetic switch, however, can supply a voltage as low as 1.4V when used in a DC circuit. Analog sensors should operate with a current of 1.5μA flowing from the GND terminal.
