TMP101NA/3KG4 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) package protects these analog sensors. For protection against damage, analog sensors are enclosed in SOT-23-6 packages. A sensor with 6 pins functions properly. It contains 6 terminations. When operating, analog sensors could supply 75μA current. DC circuits should operate with a maximum voltage of 5.5V. However, the minimum voltage that this magnetic switch can supply in the DC circuit is 2.7V. When using analog sensors, the current flowing from the GND terminal should be 45μA.
