TMP101NA/250G4 Overview
For safety reasons, these analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). As a measure of protection, analog sensors are enclosed in SOT-23-6 packages. In order to function properly, this sensor has pins 6. 6 terminations are present in this electronic part. During normal operation, the analog sensors can supply 75μA current. Sensor voltage should be 5.5V in DC circuits. However, the minimum DC voltage supplied by the magnetic switch can be 2.7V. Analog sensors should have 45μA current flowing from the GND terminal. Nominally, this sensor can supply 150μA current to make it work. Sensors should have a current output of 4mA for optimal performance. Sensors should generally output 400mV voltage.
