SOT-23-5 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Adjustable, Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have 1.5% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 1.24V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.Various applications are available for this type of Voltage References.It can be used with 70mA inputs.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 80mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 18V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 100μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.An ambient temperature of 70°C should be used for operation.The voltage reference circuit can operate at a temperature of 0°C.Voltage 18V is outputted.
