A 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad case is used to package the op amp. Buffer amps of this type are called General Purpose-types. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 8 terminations in the next few months. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V. Instrumentation amplifier is a part of Operational Amplifier. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of about -40°C~125°C . During the manufacturing process, this buffer amplifier is divided into 2 circuits.
