TLV75901PDRVR Description
TLV759P is an adjustable 1mura low dropout (LDO) regulator. The device features a 6-pin 2 mm × 2 mm small WSON package with very low static current consumption and fast line and load transient performance. The TLV759P has an ultra-low dropout of 225 mV at 1 A, which helps to improve the power efficiency of the system. The TLV759P supports an input voltage range of 1.5V to 6.0V and an external adjustable output range of 0.55V to 5.5V, so it is optimized for a variety of applications. The low output voltage enables the LDO to power the modern microcontroller at a lower core voltage. In addition, TLV759P has low IQ and enable functions, which can minimize standby power consumption. The device has an internal soft-start function, which reduces the inrush current, provides a controlled voltage for the load, and minimizes the input voltage during startup. TLV759P has a stable small ceramic output capacitor that allows for a smaller overall solution size. Precision bandgap and error amplifiers provide a maximum accuracy of 0.7% at 25 ℃ and 1% at temperature (85 ℃). The device includes integrated thermal turn-off, current limiting and undervoltage locking (UVLO) functions. The TLV759P has an internal return current limit to help reduce heat dissipation during short-circuit events.
