TLV75801PDBVT Description
The TLV75801PDBVT is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator with an adjustable 500-mA output. This device comes in a compact 6-pin WSON package with a 2-mm 2-mm pitch and a 5-pin SOT23 packaging with a 5-pin SOT23 package. It consumes very little quiescent current and provides quick line and load transient performance. The TLV758P has an ultra-low dropout of 130 mV at 500 mA, which can help boost the system's power efficiency. The TLV75801PDBVT has an input voltage range of 1.5 V to 6.0 V and an externally adjustable output range of 0.55 V to 5.5 V, making it ideal for a wide range of applications. Because of the low output voltage, this LDO can power newer microcontrollers that have lower core voltages.
