TLV73333PDBVR Description
TLV73333PDBVR is a type of capacitor-free low-dropout linear regulator with ultra-small, low quiescent current, that is able to source 300 mA with good line and load transient performance. Based on a capacitor-free architecture, it provides a very small solution size and eliminates inrush current at startup while ensuring stability without an input or output capacitor. Linear regulator TLV73333PDBVR is well suited for battery-operated devices due to its functionality that it is able to provide foldback overcurrent protection during device power-up and enabling if an output capacitor is used.
