There are two packages that contain it: 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package and X package. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. The Other Converters family of FPGAs includes this part. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~85°C. A model of this FPGA is contained in Tape & Reel (TR) for the purpose of saving space.
