TLV5627CDR Overview
There is a 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package that includes this component. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 3V volts needs to be provided. This FPGA part belongs to the family of Other Converters. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. It is recommended that the operating temperature be kept within the range 0°C~70°C while the machine is operating. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. 16 terminations are present in total. For related parts, use its base part number TLV5627. In order to make it work, 16 pins have been designed. The device runs on a 3/5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 16 pins. It can accept a maximum voltage of 5.5V volts as a supply voltage. The unit is capable of working with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
