TLV3701IDBVR Description
With a supply current of only 560 nA per channel, Texas Instruments' first family of nanopower comparators, the TLV3701IDBVR, is best suited for battery power and wireless handset applications.
The TLV3701IDBVR has an input common-mode range of -0.1 to VCC + 5 V and a minimum operating supply voltage of 2.7 V for the extended industrial temperature range (TA = -40°C to 125°C). It is the perfect option for battery-powered portable applications where the quiescent current is the main concern due to the low supply current. The amplifier is protected from an overcurrent condition brought on by faulty battery installation via reverse battery protection.
