TLC27M4ID Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. It comes in a Tube case, which protects instrumentation amplifier from damage during delivery. There is a growing number of terminations approaching the number of 14. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins on it. Please take in mind that this instrumentation amplifier should be run at 5V. A type of Operational Amplifier buffer op amp is what this device is specifically, to be more precise. Linear amplifier includes 14 pins. Op amp rates 10mV as input offset voltage. The mounting type that is recommended for this electrical part is Surface Mount. Regarding the operating temperature of this device, instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of -40°C~85°C . Using a supply current of 570μA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. Voltage gain should remain at 104.61dB. Op amp ic has 4 channels. LinCMOS? corresponds to the op amp's series.
