TLC279CD Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months. Buffer amplifier has a total of 14 pins on it. I would like you to keep in mind that this buffer amplifier needs to be run at a voltage of 5V. A type of Operational Amplifier buffer op amp is what this device is specifically, to be more precise. An 14-pin op amp ic is included in the package. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 900μV voltage. It is recommended that this electronic component be mounted using the Surface Mount mounting type. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier is well suited to a temperature range of 0°C~70°C. Using a supply current of 3.8mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. The voltage gain should stay at 87.23dB. As far as the device is concerned, buffer amplifier has 4 channels. LinCMOS? is the number that corresponds to the series of the buffer op amp.
