TLC274ID Overview
There is a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. A total of 14 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. A total of 14 pins are attached to buffer op amp. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 5V battery. A type of Operational Amplifier buffer op amp is what this device is specifically, to be more precise. The op amp ic has an array of 14 pins on it. There is an input offset voltage of 1.1mV for this buffer op amp. The mounting type that is recommended for this electrical part is Surface Mount. Regarding the operating temperature of this device, instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of -40°C~85°C . Using a supply current of 3.8mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. There should be no change in the voltage gain at 87.23dB. Op amp ic has 4 channels. The LinCMOS? stands for the buffer op amp's serial number.
