TLC274CDB Overview
A 14-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. Linear amplifier is delivered in a Tube case. We are approaching the 14h termination of the year. Linear amplifier has a total of 14 pins. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V. I would like to specify that this buffer amplifier belongs to the Operational Amplifier-type of devices. 14 pins are included on the operational amplifiers. The input offset voltage is 10mV. This electronic part is recommended for mounting type Surface Mount. It is recommended that this op amp ic be operated at a temperature no higher than 0°C~70°C for optimal performance. Using a supply current of 3.8mA , this buffer op amp will be able to operate. There should be no change in the voltage gain at 87.23dB. There is an operating supply voltage rating of 4 for this operational amplifier, which is rated at the manufacturer. LinCMOS? is the number that corresponds to the series of the buffer op amp.
