TLC272CPW Description
With the TLC272CPW, you can get a range of input offset voltage grades with low offset voltage drift, high input impedance, low noise, and speeds that are comparable to those of a general-purpose BiFET device. The TLC272CPW is equipped with Texas Instruments LinCMOSTM silicon-gate technology, which is far more stable than metal-gate technology.
Its extremely high input impedance, low bias currents, and high slew rates make this device ideal for applications that had previously been reserved for BiFETs and NFETs.
This TLC272CPW's advantages, combined with good common-mode rejection and supply voltage rejection, make it a good choice for both new state-of-the-art designs and upgrades to current designs. There are many features associated with bipolar technology that is available on LinCMOSTM operational amplifiers without the associated power penalty.
