TL5001IPG4 Overview
In the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 3.6V~40V volts and has 3.6V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. It can switch at 20kHz~500kHz. As it has a Through Hole value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Dead Time Control, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator.
