THVD1550DR Description
THVD1550DR developed by Texas Instruments belongs to the family of noise-immune RS-485/RS422 transceivers operating from a single 5V supply. It is able to operate in rugged industrial environments. Its bus pins are robust to high levels of IEC electrical fast transients (EFT) and IEC electrostatic discharge (ESD) events, as a result, the need for additional system-level protection components can be eliminated. This device is ideally suitable for multi-point applications over long cable runs based on an extended common-mode voltage range.
