Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a VQFN EP case. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. A total of 24 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks. Buffer amplifier has a total of 24 pins on it.
