The linear amplifier is packaged in a 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad case which makes it easy for the consumer to handle. Op amps are Differential types of amplifier on the chip. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. In recent months, the number of terminations has approached 16. Linear amplifier has a total of 16 pins.
