Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a VSSOP case. There is a Rail/Tube case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than -40°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 85°C degrees.
