THS4150CDGN Overview
In order to protect the op amps, a 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad case is used. A Differential-type buffer amplifier is shown here. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tube case. The number of terminations approaches 8. Linear amplifier has a total of 8 pins. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. 8 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 7mV. This electronic part is recommended for mounting type Surface Mount. In relation to the operating temperature of this buffer op amp, it works well at an average of 0°C~70°C . A supply current of 17.5mA can be used to operate this linear amplifier. The voltage gain should stay at 67dB. The linear amplifier consists of 1 different elements in total. The operating supply voltage of the buffer op amp is rated at 30V. Instrumentation amplifier resistance should remain within the range of 14.4MOhm.
