Op amp is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case. Differential-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. A Tape & Reel (TR) case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. The number of terminations approaches 8. A total of 8 pins are attached to buffer op amp. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 5V.
