Op amp is packaged in D case. Op amps are OPERATIONAL AMPLIFIER types of amplifier on the chip. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape and Reel case. The number of terminations approaches 8. Linear amplifier has a total of 8 pins. Please take in mind that op amp should be run at 15V. Linear amplifier includes 8 pins.
