LED drivers with the enhanced BGA package will be able to drive a variety of common LEDs with ease.In this package, the receiver is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.There is a voltage range of 3.3V for this line driver ic, so it can operate efficiently.In this wide receiver, 56 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.Package size is drastically reduced by downsizing ICs and mounting them in high-density Surface Mount arrays.There is a voltage input supply of 3.3V required for the operation of this integrated circuit.In module isolated transceiver are 28 receivers.On the part, 4 drivers are embedded in order to facilitate the operation of the device.Under 70°C, the operating transceiver module's temperature must be kept below.This optical transceiver should not operate at a temperature lower than -10°C.LINE DRIVER, the interface IC type of ic receiver, is used to control and manage the sharing of information between devices.A supply voltage of less than 3.6V is recommended for this transceiver module according to its manufacturer.
