SNJ55173J Overview

It has 16 pins. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the lectronic component. It is capable of operating under a temperature as low as -55°C. It should operate at an ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. The voltage used to run this electrical part should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, it is rated 5.5V. Speaking of receivers, this voltage buffer has 4, which is reasonable for its cost.
