SNJ55113J Overview


Logical driver uses a neat CDIP package. Rail/Tube external packaging. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Line Driver or Receivers. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Logical driver features 1 SINGLE INPUT DRIVER to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -55°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 125°C. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 4.5V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 5.5V. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE DRIVER interface IC. This buffer driver has 2 bits capability. 2 transmitters in total are integrated in the logical driver
