An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced DIP package.The driver IC has improved power dissipation control.On the integrator circuit, there are 3 drivers embedded.During operation, the transceiver module's temperature must be below 70°C.It is important that this optical transceiver does not operate at 0°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.This IC has a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 15V and is rated for use in a wide range of applications.It is required that the supply voltage for this line driver ic is at least 4.5V.Devoptical transceiver modulees that require 10.8V are suitable for this optical transceiver module.
