SN75ALS191PS Overview
Logical driver uses a neat SOP package. 8 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. To supply the device, a minimum voltage of 4.75V is a must. The high limit of ambient temperature for transceiver is 70°C. Buffer IC can be categorized in the LINE DRIVER interface IC.
