Driver ICs with enhanced DIP packages are excellent for driving LEDs with common characteristics.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 14-pin driver IC.The integrator circuit has embedded 4 drivers.It is important that the operating transceiver module's temperature is below 70°C.A minimum operating temperature of 0°C should not be reached by this optical transceiver.This integrated circuit is rated for a transceiver's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 4.5V for this line driver ic.Drives devoptical transceiver modulees operating at 5V with this optical transceiver module.
