Logical driver uses a neat PDIP package. All of the 1 elements are put into use. 16 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. Transceiver shares the HC/UH family's comprehensive benefits and features. 16 pins are set with the electric part. Buffer IC is suitable for Through Hole applications. Logical driver has 16 pins. Enhanced with 2 ports. The bus transceiver employs 6 bits for each element. Specifically, digital transciever is a kind of Bus Driver/Transceivers. In quiescent state, the electronic part uses 8μA. It is generally sold in TUBE package. To run the part safely and stably in a circuit, 5V recommends users apply 5V on the logical driver. Logical driver features WITH DUAL OUTPUT ENABLE to better serve the need. Voltage buffer is capable of operating under temperature as low as -40°C. Digital buffer should operate with ambient temperature no higher than 85°C. Buffer driver outputs 7.8mA to its low level. In high level output mode, the electronic parts may conduct -7.8mA of current. Voltage used to run voltage buffer should be 2V at least. In regard to the maximum supply voltage, buffer driver is rated 6V. It is known as a BUS DRIVER logic IC. ENABLE LOW control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
