As a result, it works on the principle of NAND Gate. The part must have a voltage of 2V~6V in order to function properly. Operating temperature around -40°C~85°C extended. Surface Mount is the mounting position of the part. In the low and high states of output current, the current is 5.2mA 5.2mA. This is part of the 74HC series.
