SN74ALS245-1N Overview
20 terminations with different functions. Buffer IC reuqires a supply voltage of 5V. It is recommended to use a 5V power supply. 8 bits are included within the electrical component. The high limit of ambient temperature for transceiver is 70°C. COMMON CONTROL control technology is used to start up the automotive buffer.
