SCAN162512ASM/NOPB Overview
Embedded in the 64-LFBGA package, it is used by many applications. It is packaged in a way that resembles Tray. A 16-Bit-circuit is used to provide its superior flexibility. Logic type Universal Bus Transceiver is used on this electrical device. As you can see from the image, this electronic component is mounted in a Surface Mount-direction. Operating temperatures should be higher than -40°C~85°C. As 24mA 24mA offers a high/low output current, it is versatile in terms of design. This is a type of FPGA from the SCAN series. Using 2.7V~3.6V as a supply voltage, it operates. SCAN162512 family is represented by it. It is also possible to terminate a transmission line with a 64 termination, which is where the transmission line is closed with a device that matches the characteristic impedance of the transmission line. In order to function normally, the supply voltage should be higher than 3.3V. This device is equipped with 64 pins. A 8-Bit electronic part was designed for this application. Transmission lines can be terminated with 2 terminations by using a device that matches the characteristic impedance. In this case, the electronic part will be mounted in the Surface Mount-direction. A 64-pin is used for its design. A maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is reached at 3.6V. The element has a total of 2 elements. It uses POSITIVE EDGE for its trigger. There is a strong growth in the number of channels: 16. The electrical part in question operates with a voltage of 3.3V as a supply voltage.
