REG1117 Description
The REG1117 is a three-terminal voltage regulator family that is simple to operate. There are several fixed and adjustable-voltage versions, two currents (800mA and 1A), and two package types in the family (SOT-223 and DDPAK). For a list of possible alternatives, see the chart below.
Two external resistors control the output voltage of the adjustable variants. The low dropout voltage of the REG1117 permits it to be used with a 1V input-output voltage differential.
