REG103UA-3.3G4 Description
REG103UA-3.3G4 is a type of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulator with low ground pin current. Compared with previous designs, it provides lower dropout voltage (only 115 mV typ at full load) and better transient performance based on its new DMOS topology. Unlike conventional types that are difficult to compensate and require expensive low ESR capacitors greater than 1μF, it is able to ensure stability without output capacitor.
