REG101UA-3G4 Description
REG101UA-3G4 is a type of low-noise, low-dropout linear regulator with a low ground pin current. Compared with previous designs, it provides lower dropout voltage (only 60mV typ at full load) and better transient performance based on its new DMOS topology. Unlike conventional types that are difficult to compensate for and require expensive low ESR capacitors greater than 1μF, it is able to ensure stability without an output capacitor.
